A brief history in time
It all started with a company called Mowick Ltd, a Clubcar dealership that dealt mainly with servicing, repairs, sales and long term buggy hire.
It evolved over time into Golf Buggy Hire or GBH which still offered the same services as Mowick but concentrated more on short term buggy hire; mainly to the festival industry. About 6 years ago it was purchased by SHB Hire Ltd (one of the biggest vehicle rental company’s in the UK) and I was promoted to “Golf Buggy Technical Manager” with duties of (among other things) training, trouble shooting, writing technical instructions and reporting of our buggy and ATV fleet that consisted of over 1600 vehicles.

In between my SHB employment I also worked at EPower trucks, a electric vehicle company based in Oldham on a variety of weird and wonderful electric vehicles from an electric bike to a “push me pull me water tunnel vehicle” to a automatic dog wash!!
